    Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to bring the balance. The result is a delicious coffee that can be enjoyed by itself or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.

When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brew. After brewing, let it sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water is then pushed through the grounds with the plunger, but do not stir or agitate the coffee, this can cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.

Strength – 3 is soft and easygoing, ideal for weekend getaways.

    Storage

Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast that has the sweet citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a smooth mouth feel that caresses the palate. The cocoa hints can be traced to the days of winter in the living room, reading a book and a warm family hug. To brew your coffee, first heat up your French Press with off boil water. This will prevent the coffee from becoming over extracted and causing undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml water that has just boiled. For four minutes, simmer, take a plunge, and then enjoy.
